At Beyond Sports, our approach is to find the imbalances a patient has, determine the cause of those imbalances, and restore normal muscle, joint, and nerve function using various techniques to fix the cause of the problem. In addition to manual therapy at the office, we use personalized exercises, dietary advice, and lifestyle modifications. We believe it’s a better long-term solution to make patients active in their rehabilitation, understanding what to do and why things impact their health.
